The staff at this place were absolutely amazing! They were always welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including letting us store our luggage and even take a shower after check-out. Great value for money in an expensive area.

I had a great single bed on the 2nd floor at The Urban Age. It was convenient being just one floor away from the toilet, and sharing the room with only one roommate was a plus. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to clubs, BTS/MRT, and halal restaurants. Despite some drawbacks like no locker and no windows in the room, overall I would recommend this hotel for those on a tight budget and looking for a decent accommodation option in Bangkok.

The value for money at this hotel is great! The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a free coffee and tea room for four people. The location was perfect for getting around, with easy access to public transport and attractions like the Ayutthaya and the airport. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. They were always friendly and willing to help, even letting us store our luggage after we checked out and allowing us to shower before our evening flight. Truly exceptional service!

When it comes to breakfast choices, there could be a bit more variety. Otherwise, everything else about our stay was fantastic.

The Patpong market is just around the corner during weekends, and it's less than a 20-minute walk to take a taxi boat to visit temples. The room is equipped with air conditioning, and there is free coffee and tea available. Perfect for a group of friends.

I stayed at The Urban Age for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was convenient for visiting the Patpong market and taking a taxi boat to the temples. The hotel room was spacious and had a hot shower, as well as good air con. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the bed and sheets were clean. The hotel was also close to a centrally based BTS station and had great communication with the staff.
